On May 8th, SCHAEFER KALK honored a total of 30 jubilarians for their many years of service and loyalty to the company. Among the jubilarians were also two employees from the onsite plant in Wattens, Austria. A total of 640 years of service – definitely a reason to celebrate!
This year, there was a special occasion regarding the jubilarians of SCHAEFER KALK. Two jubilarians from the onsite facility in Wattens, Austria, made a special trip to join the jubilarians from the Hahnstätten and Steeden plants in celebrating their anniversaries together.
SCHAEFER KALK had invited all its jubilarians to the lunch location "Schlemmerteam." Managing Director Dr. Kai Schaefer, on behalf of the management, proudly presented certificates and gifts to 30 long-serving employees there. Overall, it was a day to celebrate 640 years of combined service. Dr. Schaefer expressed gratitude and individually honored each jubilarian with a personal laudation.
For an impressive 40 years of service, Dr. Kai Schaefer thanked a total of seven employees: Wolfang Huth, Arno Nickel, Frank Fleissner, Michael Conrad, Heiko Altmann, Antonio Polizzi, and Oliver Bünsow. "Seven employees celebrating their 40th work anniversary. That is exceptional and, yes, it makes us a bit proud and underscores our values as a regional family business," said Dr. Schaefer.
For 30 years of service, Dr. Schaefer honored Janus Thiel, Albert Mensch, Sergej Bonet, and Sven Petak.
Dr. Holger Drescher, Holger Korte, Daniel Weise, as well as colleagues Heiko Vestewig and Pierre Weier from the onsite facility in Wattens, have been part of the SCHAEFER KALK family for 20 years already.

But it is also an obligation for us to continue developing our company and ensure that we remain your reliable partner and employer in the future.
