The apprenticeship adventure started with a warm welcome from the management, followed by the introduction of the training team and the Youth and Apprentices Council . After that, the group took a tour of the plant to inspect their future work environment.
The second day kicked off with a shared breakfast, where apprentices and trainers got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Following that, a varied program awaited the "newcomers." The day began with a draisine ride, which required teamwork. The subsequent hike to Limburg provided an opportunity for everyone to chat and get acquainted.
In Limburg, the next team challenge awaited the group: a canoe tour, where not everyone managed to stay dry, showcasing the apprentices' athletic skills while having a lot of fun. To conclude the day, and as a well-deserved reward after their physical efforts, a hot grill loaded with all sorts of delicious treats awaited the group.
Philipp H., Jakob and Max Julias will be apprenticed as Electronic-Technicians for Industrial Engineering; David, Silas, Colin, Paul and Lars as Industrial Mechanics and Philipp K. and Leon as Chemical Laboratory Technicians.
